I used to waitress in an Italian restaurant back in my early 20's. Was skinny as a rail then. Walked around w/a spoon & fork in my apron pocket & would stuff my face everytime I had to work in the walk-in cooler. LOL Had room to grow then. LOL
And oooooh, the cheesecake & brandy tort were just heavenly!
I did manage to snitch the recipe for Linguini w/white clam sauce so make that once in awhile & it's my son's fave. I also used to make the mozzarella in carozza from memory but it's been so long now that I'm not sure if I remember what's all in the batter....
Oh, & the lasagna..... (starting to feel weak w/yearning for it all. LOL)
