I was at the food store today{Giant}. Well I was at the register w/ my Free Powerade cpns and also had cpns for Herbal Essensc products.The thing was the cashier said I couldn't use the cpns because it would be fraud. I had a cpn for BIGIF & another cpn for a $1.00 off which doubled to $2.00. So I got both items for.99. Then she said I couldn't get the Powerade, that she never seen cpns like that. So I got a little mad & told her I'll put the items back. She said I already scaned them. I don't think she likes it when people use cpns. My hubby told me to call the store manager.
What would you do? That's part of their job!

It's happened to me too...I like how they look at the coupons...then look me up and down.. then back at the coupons...
and then back at me up and down.. and then they look down on me...and say.. ."excuse me ma'am, your gonna have to back away from the counter"
BECAUSE you can't use these coupons".. AND I'm like ma'am my a@@....... read the coupon again...if you can't read it......call your manager.. gRRRRR
I read all of my coupons and use them correctly...and you get someone that just has to think your cheating the system... I like when i get items...
give them the coupon and then they give me the coupon right back and say you didn't get this.. I'm like.. SAY WHAT...you just scanned it and put it in the bag??
I'll never forget last year..when I had $1.00 off coupons for any Salty snacks...and I would get chips..and they were like you didn't get SALTY SNACKS....I'm like...LOL

Today was the best one ever! Not coupon related tho'. Yesterday I picked up 3 Rx's from the drive thru' and didn't look at them until today. One was only a partial fill. So I called the Drug Store to find out when their order would be in...and I could pick up the remaining pills. WELL...come to find out it was all my fault, according to whomever I spoke to. She told me I should have asked them to check to see if there were any other "bags" under my name....blah blah blah. I let her go on and on.....then she finally said let me check to see if there is another RX here for you. Nope....their order will be in on Monday. Which is what I wanted to know. So how did it become my fault that the drug store ran out of my RX? LOL WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!

Bought 2 huge boxes of the individual chips/fritos etc for lunches.
Gave the cashier 2 - Any Salty Snack Coupons.
She said she wouldn't accept them because they must be for a brand called "Salty Snacks" and they didn't carry that brand.
My husband says from now on ask for all the coupons back and leave all the groceries for them to put back. He said he has had it with these cashiers who can't read or understand and think they own the grocery store. Great customer service - NOT!

yeah talk to the manager. some stores make me crazy too but cvs is very good will take any cpn i have some old ones without a scanner code they will take but lucky forget about it. that store is so expensive. some checkers not at lucky but other stores are also good they just scan the cpns ask no questions and all is fine.
