When I enter the email address and I know it is correct, it keeps saying that it is not entered in the right format???? 1|1|Make sure the email addy doesnt have a period at the end if you are copying and pasting from an email (most people will include their PP addy in a sentence form in the email, with a period at the very end.) I had copied and pasted the email address, so I took it out and actually typed it in....don't know why, but it worked then.

I wish I had seen this post earlier today. I kept C&P an e-mail address and kept getting the same error message. I even tried Firefox but no help. After e-mailing the trader to check the e-mail address I finally ended up typing it in and it went through without a problem.
Would it kill them to put a little info about this on the site - or how about when the error message comes up?!?

I copy & paste, delete the last letter and retype just the last letter and it works (or at least it does for me)
beats having to type the whole email addy !
I'm lazy, what can I say !!!
