i started taking it.......first two weeks i lost around 12 pounds........then my father in law got bad sick-dying.......and we had to make a 10 hour trip......and stayed for 2 wks...
so i stopped taking it....cause i wasnt sure how well i would be able to stick to my diet........
i think it works really well.......if u stick to it................since school is back in today......and i wont be stopping at mcdonalds with kids..ect.......im starting back on it

I think the problem with this product or any other diet aid and this is my opinion... it's like she said, if you can't stick to it, your diet doesn't work and you dont' lose the weight. Realistically, you can't be taking the product forever.. When you DO quit taking it, THEN what happens? You probably gain it all back and THEN some. I've done it over and over again cuz I would go on a diet using a product to depend on to lose my weight. The best diet is just switching over to a healthier lifestyle. Watch what you eat, how much you eat, and get exercise.
