if you don't follow their diet plan exactly, you mess your pants and can't control your gas urges, even in the store... I haven't tried it myself but I think there was a discussion on this product a few years ago when it first came out and someone said from experience, if you eat too much fatty foods over their limit, you have to stay near the toilet. I guess that's how you lose the weight? I don't know... perhaps someone who IS currantly using this product will come forward.

Maybe it affects different peopel different ways I had a friend who lost a bunch of weight on it she also said she was afraid to leave the house she was almost constandly having BMs. It would hard not to eat any fat at all there is probably fat in lots of things we aren't aware of, I was always going to try it but hated to spend that much money and then have those problems that I could not handle, Linda
