Just talked to my mortgage lady. She said it's not sounding real good. Banging head on keyboard. Long story short the guy has to pay off debt and hope and pray his credit score would go up next quarter which starts October 1. It's just so not likely.

My lender found the guy a bank that is willing to lend him the eight grand first time buyer's credit. He has several things to pay off so that when credit agencies change your score in October his goes up to the required level. Things are looking MUCH better. Its' actually doable now!
