Just called Kristy on her cell
1-contingent on the buyer clearing up a few small debts(very minimal) he has financing to buy the house
2-settlement based upon # 1 is approx 10-31
3 she had phone this am, but not all features-she called, spent about 45 min on phone trying to get things straightened out(the phone was to be turned off this am, with callers getting the new number when they called
4-about 45 min later she went to use the phone and it was dead-she called again on her cell, was told it was an area wide problem-she knew that was wrong-called her house # to see what she got-and got the message that the line was disconnected-here is the new number....
5-no clue when dsl will be restored....no one can tell her...
6-she just rocked superfresh without triples....LOL
hope that updates all...so mostly good news-just some frustrating... she will try to get on tonight using the neighbors wifi or whatever it is...you know i am a techno geek...jodie 5|5|Thanks for the update, Jodie....well, at least they have some answers now and can go from here....and how on earth did she find time to shop amidst all that chaos!?!? Hadn't been to the store in about ten days. We were getting desperate for food. It's been so stinking hot I refuse to cook. I know I'm a horrible mom. But I am hot all the time and standing over a stove or oven just makes me more irritable than I already am when I'm hot. The people buying our house sound like they have financing assuming they pay off whatever is required and get some kind of letter about their credit. So we'll see still no guarentees. We get to live in limbo a while longer.
