I went thru some trying times w/my teenage son & altho there were many times I could've pulled my hair out & did cry, since he's turned 18, however, he's mellowed out some. Likely cuz he's finally realized that only HE is legally responsible for himself now so no more hiding under the protection of mom. ;) But yes, the years he was 16 & 17 were pure he(( sometimes. They hate rules, limits & us parents but they NEED it all. Hang in there! :)
