There have been Flash Flood Warnings & Watches here, among t-storm warnings & tornado watches since Fri. night, but I'm farther north than Tina. Kind of surprising as it's been so dry for so long. Guess the ground is so hard that the rain doesn't soak in that good if it's a hard rain.
I'm on pins & needles as my son is w/a friend & his family on a trip to Iowa & if I remember right, I think it's kind of close to a river or big lake. They're supposed to be returning today so as much as I've been enjoying the quiet, I'll be VERY relieved when he's back home as there hasn't been alot of peace w/the worrying. :(
And the humidity really kicked in yesterday so the outside air is almost stifling. Blah!

Flood waters move fast & tend to take "shortcuts" so if there was a Flood Warning here late Fri. night/early yesterday morning, it could have already paid a visit to Tina. And yes, everytime there's flooding around here, I worry about you & Vickie D. being downstream from me. LOL And my nerves are a little frazzled right now worrying about my son so my imagination is in overdrive. LOL
Right now, there isn't any type of warning or watch for my county but there are Flood Warnings & Advisories for a few counties above mine & Severe T-storm Watches for some counties below mine. I'm kind of sandwiched in between w/just some rain forecasted, & hoping it stays that way. ;)
