And it hasn't helped that it's been so hot/humid. Blah! Been eating mostly just a blend of fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) &/or peaches w/cottage cheese or having a salad using salad Finishers or cut celery w/pnut butter. Got hungry for something a little more meatier tho so last night I whipped myself up some meatloaf & boiled potatoes w/a Reese's pnut butter cup for dessert. LOL There goes my hope of trying to lose a few pounds. ROFL!
