During the cold months of winter, I drink hot water to keep my 'ol bones warm & so I'm not drinking too much coffee. Have had a couple glasses of hot water today. :-O

Started drinking it a few yrs. back when I had to cut down on coffee/caffeine. Warms the bones & the bloodstream but took a little getting used to. Almost better than brandy! Notice I said "almost".... LOLOL
