it to be delivered yesterday and that's what my email said, but no order and no call. I called this morning and they told me their system listed next friday and she tried calling the rep from my area to find out why the difference in the dates but she had to leave a message and the rep is supposed to call me.
So far no call - I'll be calling again on monday to find out what's going on - even though my order is free there's no reason for the lack of customer service. She did try to sell me more items while I was on the phone with her.
The delivery guy who delivered my friends order, was out of catalogs and she told them she would order on-line anyway. He didn't pressure her or anything - just explained that she's now in the system if she does order again.
