Leaves for North Carolina between Sept. 1 & Oct. 1, daughter & grandkids are leaving with him, they will be gone for 5 years. I'm so aggravated with him, he had a chance to stay in this area & work but he wouldn't accept it, he just had to go away. So guess I'm going to loose my only granddaughter & my grandson. Not to happy. I know I'm not being fair, but they makes me so mad I could just knock em out. Oh well, nothing I can do, so just have to accept it & let em go I guess.

We won't get to see them, as we don't travel, so unless they come home it will be 5 years before we see them again. It would be different but the reasons that they took this is pure vindictive against her ex husband. I've already told her I will not say goodbye, she just has to leave. I can't & will not do it.

He's home with his parent's. He is not able to walk except with a walker, his one hip will not accept any weight. His stomach is still wide open & has a machine attached to it that continuously siphons it out, no idea when they will try to close it. Also his anus is still wide open, with no signs of healing, it is packed with guaze & seeps all the time. He has to wear a depend like item so it will not seep through. He is on tons of medications & his memory is terrible. His insurance has ran out, so that is why he is home. He cannot draw disability as he has a felony charge now because of the DUI. He is still considered a risk for infections that could kill him, so everyone has to be extremely careful. She wants to get away from him so much that this is why they wouldn't take the job here. I told her that I don't think she is being fair, as Bryce's dad does love him. Oh yeah, I forgot, last Sat. Bruce's neice who was 21 was sitting on the tailgate of her mom's truck, when her 17 yr. old brother, thought he'd be cool & jump in & do a donut, well it threw the girl off & she hit her head on concrete & was declared dead, tomorrow is her funeral. Talk about a family that has been put through hell, now they will lose their grandson for years. Just feel that it's not right. As for where they are going, have no idea, will not talk with her about it as I'm to mad to be rational right now. Sorry. It just hurts.
