I am asking for a BIG FAVOR!
As you many of you know that I work with seniors in my neighborhood. I have this elderly woman who just turned 82 (Josephine) living along, and just had a big toe amputated from her left leg (had her baby toe amputated 3 years ago) from diabetes. She also has had this cat "Johnnie" for about 9 months she had rescued, found dead in her back yard, attacked by a raccoon (needless to say it was bad, she just told me today she found one of the cat's toys and cried for a long time. Josephine has traded on this board thru me many times. She also cuts all the coupons she gets and sends them to APO Post Offices. She is VERY depressed.
So what I am asking, and I know times are hard (still looking for work) if anyone could send her a card. Maybe you could send her a few extra coupons (I do all of her shopping right now) or samples, would be greatly appreciated. She loves receiving mail, so I am always on the look out for samples on the internet.
I have paypal, so I would ask her to save the names and addresses, and pull out a name and I would send them $3.00, I know not much incentive, but it would make her day.

I am just wondering, it is such a good idea to post her Name, and Addy, on the internet. The elderly are often easy pray for scams. I would hate to see something, bad come out of such a wonderfuljester. Donna
