We recieved an invite to a friends wedding On the envie it read Gary and I my Mom Bill and Nick Mom wan't be going but Bill wants to take his GF is it ok to swap out the person or should I ask first? 1|1|I'd ask first, maybe say "Mom wont be able to attend, but Bill would love to bring his gf so you all can meet her. nd we dint mind. my brother has 3 sons. 1 was away in Germany, another wanted to bring his girlfriend but was afraid to ask. my other brother told him to call (which he finally did a few days before the event). we didnt mind the swap and wished he would have mentioned it sooner.
