This is very troubling and this is tyrannical leadership! Our Constitution doesn't mean anything anymore, it's being shredded to pieces. Our country is at a very critical time in history and is very, very fragile. Tough times ahead for all of us. I will praying much harder now.

typical right-wing blathering. Those "czars" that President Obama has appointed are only called that as an informal title; the title is used as a metaphor. These appointed people hold official titles for each of their departments, and do not hold official title to the word "czar".
According to wikipedia.org -- In the United States the title "czar" is an informal term for certain high-level officials, such as the "drug czar" for the head of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, "terrorism czar" for a Presidential advisor on terrorism policy, "cybersecurity czar" for the highest-ranking Department of Homeland Security official on computer security and information security policy, and "war czar" to oversee the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

is not in "control". These "CZARS" are appointed by the President and only answer to the President. It is a way of bypassing the Congress.
