Use boneless skinless chicken or a whole chicken whatever you prefer
add: onions, carrots, potatoes
1/4 C. old bay sprinkle over it all
The recipe called for white wine but I used chicken broth instead. I used between 2-3 cups but checked on it. Either make in the crock pot all day or in the oven 350 for 1.5hrs.
