It's terrible. The room spins/turns, even with eyes opened or closed. I feel like I'm tumbling in a dryer. Unfortunately I can't take antivert or dramamine due to my other health problems, so I am hoping maybe to take this natural stuff I found at the health store. I read about it online and may go pick up some tommorrow. Besides the vertigo, I've felt blah due to my fibro flaring. Sorry don't mean to sound like I'm whinning, just felt yucky. I miss all of you.
