sprinkled over it, or even mozzerella melted over the veggies would taste wonderful. Yum! I'm vegan so I eat a lot of veggies and get creative with my food..lol!!

4|2|I was just making it as a veggie side dish tonight, so I'll stick with the veggies I have..but those other ideas sound delish too! :) What other seasonings to sautee with? I have minced garlic, fresh ground pepper, sea salt in mind, should I add dill? Or basil/oregano? |saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|17:14:12|07/24/2009|

with salt and pepper, nothing else. LOL, or maybe it's just the butter I like!! (Love) I like it even better than Poptarts!!
Cathie : ) 8|2|LOL, better than Poptarts!?!? Wow! I ended up using all the veggies I listed, and just used minced garlic, sea salt and pepper...it was delish! I sauteed it so it was tender-crisp, not too soggy. :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|07:35:37|07/25/2009|

I slice the zuchinni a little more than 1/4 inch thickness

Sprinkle with garlic salt and garlic pepper and then brush each side with olive oil

Lay on the hot George Foremam and cook 2 to 3 minutes and I take mine up with it has the dark grid marks on it

It will be crispy tender

This is yum yum in our house 10|2|Oh my word, Betty....that sounds awesome! Gonna get a couple more zukes from a co-worker (I've been swapping my plentiful lettuce for his stuff, lol) and try that next week! My son will love this!|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|08:20:10|07/25/2009|
