2 traders trade. paypal hf for coupons.
The coupons arrive...but are accidentally the wrong ones (it can happen)
The trader that sent the wrong coupons will resend the right ones...but wants the wrong ones back (I think that is fine)
Here are the 2 questions...
The trader that sent the wrong envie and WANTS her coupons back should send the postage, right? (I say yes, and believe that is the "norm")
Second...when should that .44 be sent? I say when the mistake is brought to her attention and the other trader agrees to send back the wrong coupons...that pp should be sent back. Should it be sent immediately? or upon receipt of the coupons? If it were my error and I wanted them returned I would pp the .44 immediately. Apparently some hold that .44 until they receive them back. What do you think?

If it was my mistake I would pay the 44c to get the coupons back and send it right away. you are a good trader so not like you're not going to send them, plus why should you have to put out the 44c for my mistake. now I do know some people hold their end but the trade was already completed and it was their error . I had this happen actually and returned the item without any issue. Mistakes happen ~ 2|1|I agree....if the person returning the wrong set of coupons is newer to the board, or new to that other trader I could see holding the postage until the other coupons are returned, but not in a case of a long-time member in good standing. back to them. Depending on the payment method, a refund through paypal or they could send a stamp to you when they send the correct coupons back.
If I made the mistake (and if I do I hope the buyer will let me know and let me fix the mistake) I would pay the postage for you to send them back. 4|2|The very few times I had this happen and I was the sender of the coupons....I have opted to let them keep them (if I have tons) and then sent the new envie. I would never hold the .44 if they were sending them back to me. You are one of the most reliable traders out there. And it was their fault, I consider holding out on purpose (I can understand if they are busy or something and can't get one mailed right away) but to hold out until they get yours, is a little overboard.
