they can accept the EBT cards. My daughter in IL told me about that a long time ago. Says it's well promoted in her large city there for doing that. Places like Papa John's can't accept EBT because the pizza is already baked, but if they offered the 'take & bake' types you yourself would bake at home, they could accept the EBT.
The Papa Murphy's that was 45 min from me went under with no warning. I was very shocked and so was everyone else that I have talked to. They were always busy so not sure what happened but sure miss them. We LOVED their chicken,spinach & artichoke pizzas. Always bought a couple of them when I was in that area. Wish they would bring one back around here again. 8|2|Ok, that makes sense....we have a Papa Murphy's about a half hour away, they do have some awesome pizza! It might have been a test program or something, because it was a long time ago that I read this, but I think some Subways were taking them in very large cities. They were doing that because of the large population of homeless, who did not have access to cook healthy foods.
Interesting. I bet we see more of them as time goes on.
