Used my card for 20 coupons and my mothers card for 17 coupons.

$9.62 spent
$167.29 saved ($122.50 in coupons, $44.79 store card savings)

I got a bunch of the Hefty zipper bags, yogurt, some rubbermaid containers, frosted mini wheats, cheese and a bunch of odd other stuff that was free.

I might go again today I found a few more coupons last night in my mess to use if they have anything left.

Glennie,

You have to resist stuff you would otherwise not get plus don't buy it just because it's super double coupon. It might be a better deal later when on sale (or at another store) and coupon is used at face value.

IMO the Hefty zipper bags with $1 coupon which are also BOGO are a good deal. These don't spoil so I stock up.
Frosted Mini Wheats are also another good deal if you have $1 coupons...then they are free. All boxes I've gotten are good till mid 2010 so as long as I have room I'm stocking up because I ate my last box just a few weeks ago from the last time I stocked up.
The small rubbermade bowls I have been getting are $2.34 so $.34 after coupon. Can't have enough storage containers IMO. Plus I might use them for gifts filled with something or unfilled, haven't decided that yet.
Borden Sensations cheese...FREE! My Dad likes the South Western cheese one so IMO that's a good stock up item since they have a pretty good exp. date so no worries on that.
Playtex gloves are free...can always use some of those.
Raid Ant spray FREE. Need that!
Tums were free, gotta have calcium!
Wholly guac and salsa I hear are free, but I don't eat guac so I gave my couupons away.
J&J Powder FREE, always a good item to stock up on for personal use or gift.
Kashi Waffles...$.39/box with coupons from vocalpoint!

You just have to pick and choose what you get and again, don't go crazy just because it's got a coupon!

7|4|thanks! I think I got some free but alot not free|glennie58|glenn_scott@alumni.ksg.harvard.edu|12:31:14|07/23/2009|

I got 5 free frozen GG veg
with the coupons from the mailer booklet I got free dawn pump - we love this and free dawn p;ure essentials and 1 free ziploc since they are bogo
I only had 1 ziploc coupon, and can't remember where I got them lol

I used a $1/3 prego and it was 3 for $6 so I got all 3 for $4, but my $1 coupons for morrells sausage and eggos did not double, bummer.

I think the biggest mistake was 7.99 8pk viva, I used the $1 and ti doubled which made it cheaper than the 4 pack but still that is a bunch of money for paper towels, if Dashi's school list didn't have them I might have skipped it, that is also where the ziploc went, glad it was free lol.

got planters bars 1.29 which is the most I have ever paid for them but the coupon is expiring so I was worried about tossing them, I have tossed so many coupons lately, yuck! For Dashi's snack day at school I got 3 boxes lance 100 Calorie toast chee crackers lol for 79c each and that about wraps it up for me! I resistsed coke ($1/1 expiring 8/5 lol)

8|4|ok! did it the way you said, paid $10 & saved $52.14!|glennie58|glenn_scott@alumni.ksg.harvard.edu|03:25:47|07/24/2009|

it lists vic and coupon savings right on the receipt LOL
thanks so much for the advice!
it's hard to do it with restraint but that is the key here! 9|5|Way to go Glennie, see self control pays off.|bluh2oeyes|bluh2oeyes@yahoo.com|08:15:14|07/24/2009|
