right next to your pic, it says "what's on your mind?" Put your status in there and click on post.

"what's on your mind?" and you can click in that actual box. You can then type whatever you would like your status to say for your friends to read. After typing, click on the blue "Share" button and you are done :)

I got one on there and that was awhile ago and now i forgot how i did it..i'll keep messing with it i guess
