I am helping my friend plan for her daughter's wedding. She asked me how she is suppose to notify guests of the bridal registries her daughter is with Do you send a list with the shower invite? Or is it the bride who lets people know?

helps if you put in the actual web address. that links directly to the registry.& the name of the registry. also important to list you can go to the store for the registry
also, tell them to pcik out enough stuff, if it is pricey people may want to go together
just went through this and people (in today's day & time) still are not sure how to get online, lots of ???? and the kiddies picked inexpensive stuff, had people asking for more things, so make the list a bit bigger than you would think they need.

I recently got a shower invite, where you had the option to have the item delivered to her store, (she was from out of town,) she then would pick it up, and then there were no shipping charges.

It worked out well as my sister lived in VA and her wedding was in Md. So people shipped gifts to her house right before and after her wedding.
