I just got back from shopping at 2 CVS stores, and yes, they were out of most of the "frees" and not offering rain checks but...here is a new one...
I used my ECB's from last week...no tax (that's how it's always been). But those I just earned and rolled charged tax and now ring as a MFG CVS coupon....Anyone else have this?
Lady behind me heard me gripe and said it must be just me...till she did the same and got charged tax cause I waited to see if it happened to her too!

The cashier tried to figure it out as well. I hope this is not going to be a standard practice because I enjoy the zero balances.
You should have been able to get rainchecks on the school supplies though.

I finally at stop #3 was able to get a RC for the OOS items that are FAR (Binders, Filler Paper and Pencils).
