I just wanted to share something that I tried that has worked awesomely for me. It's the Anion sanitary napkin. I normally have extremely heavy flows. One of my friends gave me a sample to try claiming all kinds of things. And it really worked for me. My flow was a lot lighter. Normally, I'd go through several very drenched popular brand pads. With the Anion, I only had to use one on my first day and I had no cramps and I was not moody.
It also is supposed to help body pains. There is a strip called a negative ion strip in the pad. What I did was to cut out the strip and put it in an area that I have recently had pain - my knee. I had torn my ACL while playing with one of my daughters. It had started to really hurt. I taped on the negative ion strip overnight. The next day, my knee felt a whole lot better.
