After sending the rebate forms for 10 weeks, they finally showed up in the database on http://cmspromocheck.com/status/.
5 of the rebates say:
Thank you for your submission for SAVE $4 OFF ANY MIXER OR DAIRY ITEM WITH KAHLUA. Your submission has been received and is in process.
The rest of the rebates say:
Thank you for your submission for SAVE $4 OFF ANY MIXER OR DAIRY ITEM WITH KAHLUA.
Your submission was posted on 7/1/2009, but did not comply with the rules of this promotion due to the following reasons:
Rejected due to duplication.
I clicked on the promotion information link, it says:
Valid Purchase Dates
3/1/2009 through 4/30/2009
Submissions must be postmarked by
5/31/2009
Maximum Per Customer
5
I sent in more than 20 of the forms as it was stated "Multiple submissions allowed" on the original MIR forms and didn't say anything about "maximum per customer".
Anyone encounters the same problem? What will you do? Call the clearing house?
1|1|you'd think they'd send you the 5 that are allowed..............|SandyC|sacoates1@msn.com|07:32:45|07/10/2009|

I used an IN address, which is "No Alcohol purchase required". 6|1|so what did you buy to send in with the form for $4 off mixer/dairy?|SandyC|sacoates1@msn.com|20:36:18|07/10/2009|
I'm confused.

7|2|sandy, in her state it's no alcohol required, so if she bought cheese, milk, cream for her coffee, yogurt, ect they all counts as a "good" rebate.|pussecat|pu55ecat@aol.com|08:55:29|07/11/2009|
lucky her! :)

8|3|Yes, I have Free Kraft cheese receipts. :-)|lf5058|lfschrader@gmail.com|11:11:09|07/11/2009|
I got 10 cases for the food pantry, rang them up 7 at a time, so have tons of receipts. Anyway, I called the clearing house, was told they will resubmit. Crossing my fingers!
11|4|Maybe your purchases in IL made them not accept the rebates mailed to IN?|Barb09|Barb0969@AOL.com|17:31:33|07/11/2009|
I looked and looked and found no coupons for troll food......SO, I don't feed the trolls!! 9|1|I thought you had to be in MO for NO liquor purchase necessary on that form. I am fairly sure IL wasn't among the no purchase necessary states.|Barb09|Barb0969@AOL.com|17:11:20|07/11/2009|

as they would have rejected all, and not approved 5 and rejected the rest. Anyway, I called and was told it will be looked into. 12|1|ok, I see now...............I misread it--I thought the $ was off a mixer OR dairy, not with dairy purchase in a non-alcohol purchase state..........whoops!|SandyC|sacoates1@msn.com|20:18:35|07/11/2009|

14|1|perhaps only 5 rebates allowed|fiddlehead|fiddleheadstwo@myfairpoint.net|17:33:56|08/04/2009|
Absolute $3 mixer rebates stated multiple submission allowed, but if you go check on line, click on the offer, and inside the offer, there is another link to click. That link then stated a limit of 5 per household.
Perhaps this is the same case with this rebate.
