Its just been one of those days that no matter what i do im just blah!!!! I really miss my kiddos :( I did get to talk to them tonight which did make me feel better but the ex kept picking up the phone and listening in on the conversation which i didnt say anything about because i dont want to fight with him i was having a bad enough day. Im sorry to keep venting on here about all my issues with him but grrrrrr its just nice to get it out there. And on top of all of this my dang washer took a dump on me today and now i have to figure out where the heck im gonna get money to get a new washer at on top of school clothes. UGH and the job search is going absolutely no where fast. Like i said sorry to whine so much it just feels good to get it out in the open sometime even if it is just typing it out. Its either that or im likely going to explode one of these days and i dont want to do that. So i figure its better just vent on here and make ya'll suffer and read it, LOL Im just feeling sorry for myself today because i really miss my kids.

We're all glad to listen around here. I'm sorry that you are down.

With the washer, try posting a wanted ad on craigslist. Explain what happened and that you are a single mom with kids who really does need a washer and ask if anyone in your area has recently upgraded. I lived without a washer for a few months (and a dryer for almost a year) and finally got up the nerve to put an ad up. Within a day I had an email from someone who had just moved into a home that came with a washer/dryer, so she had two sets. She gave me a great Kenmore set that is only about 4 yrs old. Sure beats lugging laundry for 5 to the laundromat and washing things by hand.

Sometimes people will trade for stuff too, so maybe some of those things youd DH brought to you (I remember a wedding dress and I can't recall what else) could be good trading stock for a washer. You just never know! Put it out there and see what happens.

Sending you good thoughts today. Vanessa 3|1|Vent away, Jen....we have big ears and bigger shoulders :) I can remember so vividly how much I'd miss my boys when they'd go for their summer visit (8 weeks!)....every day was an eternity, no matter how busy I tried to keep myself. Hang in there, I promise it will be over and they'll be home where they belong :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|16:06:40|07/09/2009|
