my 16 yr old got his permit this morning..........i let him drive me part of the way home........in my mini van.......omg! i remember now why i didnt teach my
older kids to drive................he done pretty good..........but i was afraid that number 13 shoe......was gonna get heavy.........if u know what i mean............
gonna tell my hub.......teaching is his job...lol

Hair has thinned out a little bit since my son got his driver's permit 2 yrs. ago. He's 18 now & doesn't have his driver's license yet cuz I'm hoping to hang onto the little bit of hair & mind I have left. ROFL!!

i can hardly stand to ride with anyone........vacation is coming up........likely....early next week we will be leaving......and thats the only part i dread

I have no plans to drive with him, that will be Dad's job. I actually tried to be the one to start, first one to show him how to start the car, put in gear, etc. And the first time behind the wheel, I took him to a big empty lot and he almost managed to hit the ONE little cement block on the far side of the lot!

me and my x........went to look at a new car.....when we got there..of course he picked a rag top with a stick shift......and of course he was all ready to buy....cause he THOUGHT i couldnt drive it.... guy at car lot told me to drive it....and see what i thought.....of course x says......she cant drive a stick........salesman said.....good time to learn.....and he laughed.....well we took the car home for the weekend.....left our car at the lot........
hub worked all night ......and slept all day.....(regular routine of a cop you know..LOL).......well i sat home all nite...next day...i was mad......he was asleep and wouldnt get up
i told kids to get ready...i went out ...got in the car...and drove away.....or should i say i bug hopped away...........the gears in that car were probably never the same........
but........when wkend was over.........guess who drove the car back to the lot!!!!LOL
