Always had great quality in my orders.....and they come in thick styrofoam coolers with dry ice (your boys will LOVE it!! LOL)
Heck we've re-used the coolers many times--- take them with us when we shop for frozen food. :)

They arrived promptly and well packaged (in a cooler). The gift recipients raved over the food...so I think it was worth it. I ordered a pkg that came with steak, chicken, stuffed sole, burgers, etc and FREE knives and cutting board.
As far as "hounding"...no not really...I get a few emails and a few snail mail advertisements...and a few phone calls...but nothing too annoying. I have caller id so when I saw "omaha steaks" I just did not answer.

If you put your phone number down they do call you every so often. I love the filet mingnons One I got the and they were pretty fatty but I e-mailed them and they sent a replacement
