they Have some "Hospital" Doctor now who takes over for the ER Doc and doesn't call your regular one after5, my Doc was out until Mon at noon and the "Hospital" Doc signed off on me for my regular Doctor. I was furious when i found out they weren't calling my Doctor. I kept at them and my guy showed up and said release her. I have to see him on Monday and we have the nuclear test on Friday. They don't know why my BP was 185/119. When I left, they didn't give me anymore BP meds bevause it was down to 72/60, too low for the meds. This is what they were doing for me- every 8 hours they took blood, every once inawhile they took my BP though i was on a monitor in the step down unit. They gave me a sleeping bill and tried to give me a xanax which I refused, they gave me somethingelse. Every 6 hours they gave me a percoset, so I was just stupid and docile. Amy showed up and I was able to kick in. I called my Doctor's office from my room amd then they paged him. He left his mini vacation. At any rate, I still have the tiny pains in my chest but not too badly. I am not going to work today or tomorrow, just sunday for a few hours and I won't be having the baby this week-end. I just feel so weak and tired. The cardiologist is ticked at me because we did a stress test and never having been on a treadmil, LOL, it took all I had to hold on! I wouldn't break a sweat so he says the nuclear will be better anyway. I will be careful and quiet, in fact, I am going to go sleep now.
Thanks all of yo my wonderful friends, if you all hadn't KEPT calling me, LOL, I probably wouldn't have gone to the ER and like I said, they did tell me at that time I was in stroke range. Gee, it's always something.
