my computer is SUPER SLOW...
LAst nite I deleted all the Temp files, empied recycle bin, deleted cookies, and defraged
.....what else can I do ?? When I do the Ctrl/Alt/Delete thing it's showing 66 processes...
is this normal?

I know when my puter was slow I did a disk clean up a couple of times and cleared out my cache files.

They're both FREE spyware removers that compliment each other - catching & removing what the other doesn't. Spyware is sneaky junk that you can accumulate just searching/surfing the internet & can really bog down your computer. Just make sure to check each for updates before running them & be sure to do Spybot S & D's "immunize" twice.
Another good, FREE spyware & malware remover is Malwarebytes.
I use all 3 in addition to FREE AVG & they're all very easy to use. HTH. :)
