I answered a post for Winn Dixie 5/40 coupons that were no expiration date. I paid this trader for 3 orders.
Since they were NED I put them in my coupon binder for future use.
Last week I attempted to use 6 of these coupons at Winn Dixie. I was told they were expired and threw them away. I asked the manager to verify this, which he did.
When I got home I emailed the trader for a refund.
She asked why I waited so long to use them. Then said she would only refund my money when I returned the coupons to her.
I explained that the manager said they were expired and threw them away.
She refuses to refund my money.
So she sent me expired coupons stating they were NED.

The manager said let me scan each one and of course they had expired. So he siad since this was a Winn Dixie flyer ripped them up and tosssed in the garbege. Then I gave the traders name, as he asked where I got them.

The bar code shows an expired date, so they cannot be used.

There is no expiration date on the cpns. I made that clear when I posted them for .75 each plus postage. And she says I owe her for 22 cpns. IF we had 3 trades, which we didn't, she should have 16 cpns. left not 5. I told her I would reimburse her for the 5 she has and pay postage for her to send them back as I can use them but she wants more money than I ever received from her. And the cpns. did not come from a flyer. They were in the Store sales ad the week of Easter but I didn't get them from the store. I got them out of the Pensacola News Journal, Press Gazette and The Pelican. And when I cut them out I left lots of room around the cpns. so no one could say the date had been cut off.

also, the trader offered to refund your pp if you sent the remaing coupons back to her, you have not done that so how come you are mad?
most traders DO want the goods returned in order to give refunds, this is NOT a new practice.
would you expect walmart to give you back your money for an item you no longer have?
i have some of these coupons in my possesion and they do NOT show a thanksgiving meal on the back, they show a picture of wesson oil and pam cooking spray. they also list the prices of a ham meal and a turkey meal.
also, the trader offered to send you back your paypal and you STILL left this person bad feedback? that is WRONG and you need to do 2 things, send back the coupons to receive your refund AND fix the feedback you gave the trader.
i have traded with dianne SEVERAL times, including at her own home, and i have never heard of anyone having a bad trade with her. she is a fair trader and has always sent refunds for goods not received, or not needed and returned to her.
this post seems like someone is trying to get something for nothing to me. jmho

I can understand being upset about the coupons not working. I'm not sure what I would have done - I'd probably call the coupon companies corporate office and inquire about a coupon not having an expiration date on why it didn't scan at my store and work. But I don't think contacting the USPS is the way to go. This could open up a huge can of worms for all coupon traders and that might not be good. Just because the coupon didn't work at your store doesn't mean it isn't legit.
Asking for your money back without sending the coupons is not cool. As it has been stated, returning items then receiving your money back is common practice and if you only have 5 left then that's all you should be receiving your refund for. If it was me, I'd only refund the money for what you sent back.
There seems like there may be more to this trade then what is being stated here. I'm not taking sides - I don't know all the facts and I'm sure I don't want to - but I just want to state my opinion on how I would have reacted if it was me on both sides.

debbie haas debbipete big time we traded for years and had no problems never ever she was the sweetest person she always had non ss drink coupons and i always offered well cc however because I am a teacher i also get many g.cards i sent her in good faith 3 separate g.cards that totaled 40.00 she was to send me at 5 cents each 800 non ss coupons to date she has only sent me 7.23 worth of non ss coupons and still owes me over 27.00 in non ss coupons after numerous emails back and forth she claimed she first used them so could not return them then wanted to send me money back then told me she needed the money for her dd 's up coming wedding nothing to my knowledge has anything been posted about a daughters wedding finally she then said she never got the g.cards and then finally she was hit with the storm in her state and claimed she could not send me anything i left alot of bad negative for her at (edited out the competetors site) to date I have not gotten nothing its debbiepete who is the bad trader ... I will state - I realize Catherine is BANNED here for her own reasons..
and I have had many words with Catherine in the past..
However, she does bring to light - that Debbie does people dirty..
The Only reason I'm posting the following:

Debbiepete is truly a mean spirited person, she is a bad trader and not only that , the sad part is that we traded for years, then all of sudden she decided she wanted the 3 g. cards which totalled 40.00 she used them, then decided to post that she had more non ss drink coupons and that she needed pp instead for her dd's upcoming wedding which I have stated there has been no mention ever of wedding.
When I finally got her to answer me she told me she would send me bacl the 27.13 I refused saying I truly just want the coupons we went back and forth, then she writes and tells me she never got the first g.card which I remember the date 5-9-08 telling me she finally got the last g.card that date rings a bell in my head because it was my dd;s Caitlin sweet sixteen birthday. I reported her several times on (edited -CAN'T INCLUDE THE COMPTITORS NAME) where I am iluvlucy420 to date I alone have the most wonderful 160 plus positive feedback.
***Debbiepete also had a trading problem with another person over there by the name of Nick Gill. Fact remains from 4/7/08 she still owes me 27.13 in cash or coupons and i have gotten nothing... Kindly please carol post this on refundsweepers... thanks so much peace catherine
