I am at my wits end with a trader that I sent 16 $5/$40 Winn Dixie cpns. that had no expiration date on them. She first contacted me wanting 4 of the cpns. April 11th or 12th. I wrote it in my notebook and didn't receive pp or address so I marked a big x through the trade cause I figured she had changed her mind. Then I hear from her again April 16 wanting 6 cpns. She sent pp and I sent the cpns. Then I hear from her again around 4-29 wanting 10 more. I received the pp and sent the cpns. So 2 days ago I get an email saying she can't use them. I offered to send all her pp back plus postage for her to send me the 16 cpns. back cause I can use them. $80 worth of cpns. is alot to me. She says she paid me for 22 cpns. with the first trade being April 1st. I didn't even have the cpns. April 1st cause they came out in our papers the week of Easter. She says she only has 5 cpns. left. She reported me to pp last night and I refused to refund the pp. And now she is threatening to report me to winn dixie corp. I have never had a bad trade and have lots of feedback to prove it. I saved the emails exchanged between us and am posting them below. Any help on how to resolve this would be appreciated. Dianne

I'm not sure what I would have done - I'd probably call the coupon companies corporate office and inquire about a coupon not having an expiration date on why it didn't scan at my store and work. Just because the coupon didn't work at your store doesn't mean it isn't legit. Asking for your money back without sending the coupons is not cool. She wants a pp refund for 22 coupons but she only paid for 14. She also stated that the co's the manger took from her had a thanksgiving dinner on the back of them but the ned co's do not, they have wesson oil and pam cooking spray on the back of them. So I am with car_mount, I think she got her co's mixed up and inadvertently used expired wd co's and is now trying to get Dianne to pick up the tab for her messing up. In any case, Debbie NEVER offered to return ANY of the co's to Dianne. When she asked Dianne for a refund and Dianne told her that she'd refund her for the one's she sent back PLUS postage both ways Debbie refused and instead stated that she filed a complaint with the USPS, Winn-Dixie, and paypal (but NOT a complaint with Garnette hmmmmmmmmmmmmm). Paypal sent the info to Dianne (Debbie filed for refunds on BOTH transactions) and Dianne denied the refunds due to the goods not being returned, paypal agreed with Dianne and washed their hands of the complaints. In the end, this trade has gone TERRIBLY wrong. There were a hundred other ways for Debbie to take care of her concern's and she chose the "harshist" route. If you look at my feedback, there is ONE negative to which I posted an answer. It has not hurt my trading if you see all the positives that continued after this DUMB trade.
