I think he's gone a little loco because of the stress. He grew tired of the awesome responsibility and snuck out to have some fun, sans the film crew, and found himself the papparazzi instead. He wanted to pretend he wasn't who he is, I guess. But taking off the wedding ring? Regardless of Kate's temperament, taking off the ring was a HUGE slam, IMO... and speaks volumes in it of itself.

I'm guilty of watching this one when we had TLC (long story, but we had free cable with our internet and at first we were enjoying all sorts of channels, but now we just get about 20, so bye-bye my summer of mindless TV)...
I watched it that one weekend when they had the marathon, because before that I had only seen a couple of episodes and clips. I thought it was all very interesting.
I have to wonder what we will learn 15 years from now. What will happen to those kids after growing up like that?
I was so very glad to hear that she has a lot of help cleaning, because if she was doing all of that by herself and keeping up that well, THAT would have made me feel pretty terrible about the job I try to do. I mean who needs to watch a neat freak while you're eating M&M's and playing on the computer? Who needs to try to compare herself to that.
Actually I think I should have my own TV show. I could make a whole lot of women feel better about themselves. LOL!
Don't think I will hold my breath waiting for the cameras to arrive though!

In watching the EARLY show KATE stated that they were BOTH glad to have TLC to come, since there's so much to do in taking care of the kids, they didn't have the time to take alot of pictures & video's, as she stated. I don't believe either one of them were looking at the "almighty dollar"!! At least they have the film of all the kids growing up and that was the main thing, they BOTH said that.
If they do make money along the way then that great, it takes alot to take care of a big family like that!

Kate was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome & I admire her for going thru what she did in order to have children. ALOT of women who have PCOS, can't afford to go thru all that to have kids. (I who was also diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, complete understand. We never had the MONEY to do that) I am HAPPY that she was able to go thru it and they all came out HEALTHY!!
