I have a question about trading FREE COUPONS.
Does everyone trade them VALUE - 4 - VALUE OR do you trade them for HALF the value.
For example on this one:
Oscar Mayer Beef Franks $4.50 Exp 7/31/09
I have seen these at Walmart 2packs for $4.00, making them $2.00 each.
Any feedback would be really apprecaite!
