If you file for a restraint order against someone, is that part of their criminal record? In other words could it be something that would be on their public record forever? Thanks!!

Jodie, that helps to know; I appreciate that you were willing to share that with me. This is hard for us because it directly involves our "younger" son; and these boys are my whole life... I don't want anyone to have the opportunity to hurt them, you know?
