I have a site that I have been getting gift cards for several years (or you can get a check sent to your home)... you get emails from them to let you know when surveys are ready. If you decide to participate, you might even be picked to try a product then do a follow-up survey... that is how I get mega points.

Let me know if you would like a referal, I can email it to you and you could sign up. I would get some points if you decide to join (and then if you refer people you get points).
