papriika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, white pepper, black pepper
1 teaspoon of each...mix together...

chicken....i soaked in a little soy sauce and worcestershire sause....

then took chicken and dipped in powder mix...and fried for a few minutes...on high...
then cooked on low...It was really good 10|5|Oh my, that sounds ZESTY! That is much easier than I thought, I guess I didnt realize the 'secret' was in the seasonings, not so much the cooking method....thanks for sharing! :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|22:18:59|05/20/2009|

Seen this recipe while flipping channels one night back. Takes cooked tortillas (cut into strips, shredded chicken, 1 cup salsa, 1 cup chicken stock, cream of mushroom and chicken (1 can each)and shredded cheese.
Mix the salsa, stock, and soups together and then ladle into and cover bottom of like a 9x11 baking dish. (I used a extra deep type of dish similar to that)..then layer the tortilla strips, chicken and cheese...layer again ending with cheese on top. Bake for 45 min in 350 oven and serve.

Never made this before..warned daughter and her beau..but everyone gave it a "9" so guess it's a keeper. :) 14|1|leftovers |crazymomx2|crazymomx3girls@hotmail.com|08:45:18|05/21/2009|

"Middle age is when you choose your cereal for the fiber, not the toy." 17|4|You can watch me cook anytime it would be fun to have someone else cooking with me, besides my hungry family saying is it done yet? LOL . Also you could probably give me tips on baking I am not to great at it. That and making candies it took me 3 times to master caramel the other day it always burns too quick at the end or I just get impatient waiting could be both lol but the reward was awesome on a sundae once I did get it right. I ate like 10 spoonfuls that day lol bad I know but it was so good I kept going in the fridge to get a little taste.|sarahjones|s.scottjones@comcast.net|11:30:04|05/21/2009|

Sarah S. Jones 18|5|I am not the greatest baker myself.....and only made candy once, was trying for homemade butter caramels with pecans...it never did 'set up' and I ended up with ice cream topping! LOL So, I have that mastered...just make candies and undercook it, that's my secret, lolololol|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|11:33:21|05/21/2009|

"Middle age is when you choose your cereal for the fiber, not the toy." 19|6|Yea the recipe said let it get to 350on a candy therm it never got there it would burn quick before that. I blamed it on my older stove to find out it was just me that needed more patience for it. I am gonna try fudge as another project my mom used to make it without a candy thermometer she never explained it to me how she made it but I do remember her keeping a glass with water and when the fudge was a certain texture after she dipped it in the glass it was ready and very yummy|sarahjones|s.scottjones@comcast.net|11:39:33|05/21/2009|

Sarah S. Jones 20|7|The water test method.....I've seen that too....you drop a bit of the candy in the water to see the consistency when it cools....so if you want soft ball form, like fudge it will solidify but not turn brittle....things like hard candies will turn brittle when cooked to their correct temp....I got the method info, but can't execute it properly, lol|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|11:49:47|05/21/2009|
