Been having trouble w/the internet, phone & tv cable this week. I receive all 3 services thru my phone co. so whenever there's a problem in 1 area, it usually affects the others. Seems to be mostly the internet so please send good vibes that it stays up & running.
Read on our ISP's bulletin board that some are also having trouble sending/receiving emails to/from Hotmail & Yahoo. So..... if anyone here has emailed me & it bounced back to you saying "undeliverable" or "ISP issues", please re-send, or post here to lmk, ok? Otherwise, I'll likely have no other way to know. ;) Thanks! :)

My service has actually been very good all along til about a month ago. That's when the phones 1st started going kahooey where I either couldn't hear the other person or they couldn't hear me, sometimes fading out as if the phone was battery operated (was my land-line so no battery) & the battery was going low. They fixed that for the most part so at least I can now hear ok but a few people are still telling me they're not hearing me very well. Sounds like people all over town here are having the same trouble hearing or being heard. Then earlier this week, something went haywire w/the county's 911 system which is provided by my phone co. & in the process of trying to understandably get 911 restored asap, the phones, cable tv & internet was being disrupted. Thought they'd gotten everything straightened out by Weds. evening but come Fri., morning, phone & internet were fluctuating on & off again w/the internet going out completely Fri. night & wasn't back up again til yesterday afternoon. To top it off, this wkend was our big Syttende Mai (17th of May in Norwegian) celebration so alot of the business people were just about pulling out their hair not being able to use the internet for communication, exchange info or perform transactions. The stores were unable to accept debit/charge cards & the banks were unable to process deposits/withdrawals, etc. Talk about a mad, mad, MAD week! LOL I sure hope this is the end of it.....
