I have even had them to reject a rebate because I did not send in the receipt or the upc or whatever even though when they sent the stuff back - there were staple holes in the rebate form! Go figure!

I have gotten more then 1 reject claiming np upc or crt figured probably on the clearing house floor so started taping or stapleing Linda 8|1|No. They miss it anyway if I staple on. What I do is write my name on the receipt, tape the upc to a 3x5 and then wrap the completed form (complete with check marks or anything else I want to write on it (like if for a meat rebate, the total of the meat (which I also add up on the receipt for them) ) and then wrap them all together with the form hamburger style w/receipt and upc inside. But that's just me. I find I get less rejects that way if I make their menial job easier.
