Hi all, I miss u all so much, but I do lurk now and then, just to keep up. Finally got my job in January and have been working my butt off. Finally are getting caught up on all the bills and.......dh get "terminated". His own fault, stupid error in judgement. Anyhow, even tho I am working, I make a 1/3 of what he did. Don't even make enough to cover the rent. Insurance was cancelled yesterday as soon as he was told. I am in total shock. Numb. Anyhow, I know that you wonderful ladies and gents can guide me in the right direction. I live in Michigan, and we definitely need assistance. Job market sucks here. I feel like I need to cry, but can't yet. Bordering on depression....scared. Had health fair at school yesterday and my BP was 146/98, normally 110/70. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.....or even just a kind word. Back to the land of coupons, as I have really slacked off since I just don't have the time... Thanks all!! 1|1|Hi Leslie! I am so, so sorry to hear of the hard times you are having.......Ranalt (Lisa), can I invoke you once again to find some assistance for Leslie?|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|20:35:52|05/08/2009|

I wish that I had some words that would help make you feel better. One thing that my Dh and I are fond of saying when things seem impossible is that we just have to figure out what is the positive in it? Sometimes all we can come up with is something that might seem pretty insignificant, but I think that when we acknowledge any good at all it does help make us feel better and I hope that works for you too.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Hang in there! Vanessa 5|2|don't forget the CORBA subsidy if you need insurance|mfrs|mfrs.sv.ca@gmail.com|22:42:14|05/08/2009|

CORBA actually has meaning in my universe, too 7|2|COBRA would still require a 35% payment whici is why I did not include it.|Ranalt|ainebailey@gmail.com|11:28:57|05/09/2009|

9|3|Yeah Cobra can be expensive, when Will lost his job after being off for a year due to cancer, they offered us Cobra, there was no way we could afford $1200 a month, that is crazy :(|RebekkaVA|queen_vulture@msn.com|11:31:24|05/09/2009|

signed the kids up for healthy kids...well, the 9 & 18 year old.

Now, Question....ins was taken out the first week of May....is my insurance immediately dropped, or do I have some time? Of course, it is Saturday, so I can't call them to find out how long we have coverage. If we go to the dr say, today, will we be charged later?

Finally hit me today and I broke down crying....don't want dh to see, I know he feels bad already, don't want to make it worse.

Thanks again!!

Leslie 11|3|we are human we all cry and have to let it out cuz if we keep it bottled up inside it makes matters worse so you deserve a good cry (m)|lydzkydz|lydzmcss@yahoo.com|15:08:21|05/09/2009|
