AS long as the seller takes some form of ebay approved payment they do not have to take paypal. That is the answer i got from live chat. I am waiting to hear back from the seller-i did contact her....When Kristy searched for moneybooker she did not find any happy comments...am hoping to resolve this without a strike on my record with ebay, but have no intention of creating a moneybooker account.....
IF any one has had a better experince with moneybooker, or currently has an account with them, as well as paypal...plmk...i really would like to send someone paypal for them to send it thru there moneybooker account....but hopefully i will hear back from the seller and they will take something else in payment
Lesson learned....always...no matter how aggravated you are...check the payment options...

Sellers are allowed to accept them, they just can't solicit them. Also, in regards to an unpaid item strike, it won't hurt you. You have to accumulate 4 before they even do anything, and even then, they just slap your wrist from what I understand.
If the seller won't take money order, she might be agreeable to a mutual withdrawal so she can get her fees back and you don't receive a strike.
