Someone accessed my account added a credit card took the money and closed my account. I spent over an hour with paypal this morning working on this. Paypal has been good so far about it saying they have me covered for the money. My accounts are all closed nowso I have no paypal safety pre caution on my part. Now I need to go and make sure they did not get my identity from this. Paypal said they thoght the transactions looked strange. Of course it suddenly looks strange when I report it.

sent an email to the gmail addy that was added to my account instead of to me. They told me it was to inform the seller like they had used the money to buy something. There was no purchase just used my info to open a credit card and transfer it to another and launder money. Of coursevthey gave this person a 2 day head start on using my information to do whatever. Spent my day on the phone with the credit agencies, the attorney generals office and paypal. Now headed to the police station to get a report so I can get a supeana to get the information from paypal.
