where i live a man get in an arguement with his estranged girlfriend and beat her up and threw her 4 month old baby on the floor. then he kidnapped it and threw it out on the side of the road. im so upset i wish i could find him and kill him myself. that poor baby everytrime i think about it i cry. the man had a long crimnal record and i dont understand why he was even on the streets. my daughter is an emt and im just thankful she was off or she would have had to treat this poor baby who was dead at the scene, they tried cpr but it was already dead. 1|1|OMG how terrible! to say the very least. Why our justice system lets these people out of prison/jail with a already long record is beyond me. Yes..I know all about lack of space in jail/prison but again if they got what they deserve..truly..there would be plenty of space in the prison/jail system. We need to get back to basics..no plea bargaining and you do the crime, you do the time..more like some other countries. Example,you steal, you get your hand cut off. Sounds harsh but definately a deterent to crime!
Right now they know they can plea bargain etc and pretty much get off scott free. You get waayy more time for being busted for drugs than killing someone. With plea bargaining, time off for good behavior and time served etc, it's ridiculous.
My cousin Bobby was killed..flat out premeditated murder and the guy had already been trouble before. Shot him point blank. Bobby was 14 yrs old at the time. He walked scott free from it. Not ONE day spent in jail/prison for it.
I will get off my soapbox on this but times are crazy. More and more people like this sick person out on the streets unfortunately. Sad, but true. Lots of sick-o's out there these days....

What makes it worse is he was only 21 and already convicted of a felony and listed as a fugitive, he is pactically a baby still and already in so much trouble.

tampa fl. they caught him this morning and its a good thing they did because people were looking for him and a citizen off the street would have killed him. 7|3|I am glad he is off the streets!!!!!!!!!!!
