3|2|It depends on sales and what I am making for the week. Sometimes I have to go to all 3 stores because one of them doesn't carry the item or other places have better sales. On an average, I spend about $140 with coupons. This week it was $100 because they had a great deal on Kelloggs and with all the matching coupons and 2 free movie tickets when you buy Kelloggs was good too. I went 2 times. I have a HUGE stockpile, so theres not a lot I have to have... but I can definetely tell when I'm being lazy and not couponing much because my weekly totals will start to creep up to $100 or $125 a week... whenever that happens though, I always start couponing hard core again... just can't spend money needlessly... makes me crazy...

I don't use near the coupons I use to and with the price of food going up, it has stayed the same.
