I've had this dang migraine on and off almost all week, and it makes me feel so miserable that I can't even function. Sorry don't mean to vent or whine, but in case you don't hear from me or it takes me awhile to respond to anything, you all will know why. I appreciate the thoughts and prayers, they do help. I've been so miserable with this headache/migraine. I am thinking it could be allergy related. Will isn't feel too well tonight either. Hugs, Rebekka

can give you splitting headaches..perhaps try benedryl allergy meds or get claritin..thats what I use. Hope you start feeling better soon sweetie!!

Hi girlie,
Glad to see you. Thanks for the info, I am thinking it's allergies or sinuses too. It's been horrible on and off all week long. I'm gonna probably have to call a dr and see what I can take. I'm not allowed certain meds due to my heart and some meds I take. I can take benadryl but only a child sized dose, so I figure why bother, it probably won't do me any good. I also can't take sudafed and other allergy meds, so I'm gonna have to call tommorrow if I can't get any relief and see what I can possibly take. Hugs, Rebekka

either a stuffy or runny nose, followed by a headache..I take allergy meds only as needed at the onset of a headache to cut it off at the pass he-he..You'll be feeling better soon once you get some allergy meds in you..lmk what the doc says.

....I suffer from these sinus/allergy headaches all of the time. A few years back I ended up at the "After Hours Clinic", and
the doctor there told me to use Mucinex DM. It's the one in the green box, as I also have high blood pressure issues. (don't buy the
store/generic brand, as the ingredients are not the same (strength?) That's what I had been doing to save some $!) It has worked
beautifully for me. I take 1 tab. every 12 hours. Check with your doctor, as this just might help you as much.
On a side note, have you heard from Shelly R ? We live just across the highway from each other and haven't heard from her lately. I know about the major changes, but wondering if she's kept in touch with you. (Haven't seen any posts/updates.)

I was starting to feel better and yesterday wasn't bad at all. We went for a drive yesterday afternoon/evening and it was so good to get out in the fresh air. It really helped, but today my head hurts again. I think it may be allergies too and also Cheyenne was miserable last night with allergies too. Poor thing. She couldn't sleep at all and was up til after 4 am. She would doze off then start sneezing again or her nose would bug her and she would wake up again :( Anyways I think I'm stressed out too, my puppy dog hasn't felt well and we are taking her to the vet on Monday. I hope it isn't anything serious. Hugs, Rebekka
