I had an auction end today and the winning bidder lives in Canada. It's stated in the auction that I only ship to US addresses. It wasnt stated in the listing itself, it was stated under the item location. Does that count? Do I still have to ship it to her?
Any help is much appreciated :o) 1|1|If you listed Ships to: U.S. only, then you don't need to ship her item, just refund money.|HONEY11|HONEY1@AMERITECH.NET|18:52:32|04/10/2009|

You can add more than one address to your account which is what she needs to do. If you send it to her in the US and the address hasn't been added to paypal, you are not covered for any seller protection (there are other things you need to do for seller protection, like use a delivery confirmation or signature confirmation over $200).

in regards to her integrity as buyers can't get anything but positive feedback anymore, so of course they will have a 100% rating (most ridiculous new rule in the world....lol).

edited to add: I have seen incredible scammers on ebay with loads of positive feedback. Just today, someone showed me a buyer who has given 400 negatives and neutrals out of 4000 transactions, and as a buyer, they have 100% positive feedback because they can't be given anything but positive f/b. This person's scam is buying low $$ auctions, then complaining about what he gets and then asking for a refund without returning the merchandise. Apparently, if he doesn't get his refund AND get to keep the merchandise, he gives the seller a negative.
