I was reading the other post about the lottery scratch off chain letter and thought we can start a train like we have for coupons. I would be willing to run the train. I was thinking we can start with 8 people. I will send (5) 1.00 lottery tickets to the fisrt person who joins. They can then take 1, 2 or all 5 tickets and then replace them with however many tickets they took from their state and mail to the next person on the list. This way you are guaranteed as long as everyone follows through of getting lottery tickets. Please email me with your name and address and will get together a list and we can start the train.
