I paid 9.99 total, with free shipping.  I get the package today.  It was shipped in a flat rate box, with delivery confirmation.  Costing the seller 11.00 for shipping.  So it cost them more money, to ship, than I paid, plus, he had to pay ebay fees.  Does not make sense.  Not complaining, as I feel I got a good deal.  Just baffled.
